Add steamed broccoli or spinach to your pasta dishes, put sliced tomato, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, or shredded carrots on your favorite sandwich, enjoy blueberries, strawberries, or pineapple in your yogurt or cereal, or form a habit of enjoying your “5 a day” as snacks!
