Do you believe eating after 7 p.m. is bad? The time of day you eat has very little to do with weight loss. If you find yourself hungry late in the night, choose a healthy, low calorie meal or snack. Depriving your body of food for too long can set you up for eating larger portions or a slowed metabolism. The bottom line is calories in, calories out, no matter when you finish the last bite!
