Ban the buffet. Buffets can make you feel like you just have to have a little bit of the quiche, the roast beef, the pasta salad, the chicken, the crab legs, the cherries jubilee, the cornbread, the chocolate mousse, etc. Not to mention the inevitable stomachache, “tasting” each is also overeating. Limit yourself to three items or get out of line.
