Hungry and only have time to stop by a convenience store? You can still eat healthy. You may not get a full-course meal, but you can get close. Try a grilled chicken or deli sandwich for some protein, but hold the mayo. Reach for a piece of fresh fruit or 100% pure fruit juice to get your vitamins and minerals. Snatch a bag of pretzels for something crunchy. Grab a carton of 1% or fat free milk for some added calcium.
